We request your personal information in order to deliver your goods to you and to be able to do so in a timely fashion. We may also contact you occasionally with special offers, news and information about Kas Australia / Camel Company / Kilani. We will never sell / hold your information for longer than required.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 working days of your order. Please note during a public holiday the dispatching of your order may take longer.
All orders within the GCC will be couriered by Aramex and Emirates Post and usually takes between 1-3 days to deliver. Occasionally delivery can take up to 10 days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred due to Aramex and Emirates Post.
If you are paying via the Cash on Delivery mechanism, (GCC ONLY) you must ensure that payment is ready at the time of delivery.
All International orders vary, and will be couriered by UPS and or Emirates Post. Approximate delivery take s between 2-10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred due to UPS and or Emirates Post.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods that may occur during delivery. We will do our uppermost to ensure that all fragile items are well packaged for transit. We cannot be held responsible for any custom charges that may occur in your country.

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defense areas.
As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi and or Emirates Post office for the consignee’s collection between 0730-1930 hrs.

Refund Policy.
We aim to provide an excellent representation of all our products on our website, if for some reason you decide an item(s) is unsatisfactory for any reason and wish to obtain a refund, you must:
1) Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your reason for requesting a refund.
2) Send the item(s) back to us in good saleable condition. (You must be responsible for postage payment)
3) On return of the goods in saleable condition, we will deposit / return the credit to you within 7 working days.
